After graduating from Escola Superior Artes Design Porto in Graphic Design, I joined a film production company working in print based Design. Though satisfying work, I wanted to migrate to screen based design, i.e. motion graphics and special FX.  I acquired an MA from Kingston University in Screen Design for film and television.

For the time I have been working for Pogo Films,  I have been assisting in online edits for both theatrical release and broadcast, and getting very familiar with broadcast and film formats and standards. 

Importantly, I have successfully learnt how to use editing and compositing packages, such as Final Cut Studio, Color and Shake. I also came across my favourite combination of words so far ‘pogo logo’.
