Grant Gee’s documentary on Joy Division, a post-punk UK band, has won itself the opening film slot at the Sheffield Documentary Festival, November 7th-11th. This is its European premiere and is also hot on the heels of a possible acquisition by The Weinstein Company. Confirmation pending.
Grant and Jerry Chater (offline editor), have worked with us on many occasions. Joe Haughey was our online editor and colourist. The material was once again of a great variety with archive footage from many sources. All of us at Pogo are delighted with Grant’s film and wish him success with sales!
