November 2009

Jamie Dickinson, Pogo Films' senior online editor and colourist, was given the interesting task of conforming and grading two different adverts for the latest T-mobile campaign, from Pulse Films.

The mobile phone campaign follows Josh Ward, who is trying to create a ‘Superband of musicians’ using the medium of Text messaging and the internet (You Tube, Myspace etc.)

The footage which was shot HD on the EX3, and Offlined using FCP, then came to Pogo Films to be graded using the Quantel IQ with Jamie.

Once all the media had been media managed in FCP, the file Conform to get the footage into the Quantel, with a really quick turn-around, was very straight forward. The work flow between the two platforms is very quick and efficient.
